Surprisingly, i always got Benito as my service advisor for the last 4 -5 years. I have never been unsatisfied with his top customer service. i have been to other competitors because I own more than 1 car for my family, and I knew I would stick with Honda solely on the service provided here at my local dealership. He was the reason why I stuck with Honda when purchasing a new car a few years back because I liked the honesty and organized service I get every time here. i have recommended this location to many people so far and they have continued to come here to either buy or get their car serviced as well. Had appt. Scheduled for A1 service. After check in with service advisor at appt time, car sat in driveway for 2 hrs before anyone noticed. Key was in the car. Service advisor did not think about why my car was sitting there - it took another person to realize the car was sitting there. Someone other than advisor notified me. It took about 1.5 hrs after that for my car to be ready - about 4 hours total. Service advisor said there were other cars being serviced at my scheduled time. What good is an appt if other cars are scheduled at the same time - useless feature of your service.
