Juan Luna was very nice and knowledgeable about the service I needed. He was very polite and had excellent customer service. He made sure I left very satisfied. So far all the representatives at the service dept. have been great and informative. If I had a problem they would resolve it with no problem.

Maintenance needed notification was left on after service. My husband finally saw a video on line that demonstrated how it could be reset. This saved an additional trip for service to get this reset. But it took him several tries and a lot of time. Other than that I am completely satisfied with the work done.
