Everything went fine with service…service reps were friendly and informative. When picking up our car, we were adivised that one of the four new tires we purchased on 4/20/19 was manufactured in 2015, with the other three manufactured in 2017. We rotate and adjust the pressure regularly and now have 10,051 miles on them. Yesterday, we were warned about the oldest tire becoming a candidate for dry rot and possible failure. We were also advised that the tires are now out of their two-year warranty. We were obviously shocked to hear that we had a four-year old tire installed, and that we are now at a greater risk for a possible tire failure and accident. When we spend over $800 to protect our safety, potential tire failure on a highway, or anywhere, does not make us comfortable.
Mitchell was very friendly and made the process easy to understand and seamless!

They did not fix my Pilot’s alarm. This afternoon the alarm went off again. I asked Karr Alarm they give me an appointment at Norm Reeves Honda on Monday, January 17th.
