Justin did a great job. The turnaround time was impressive! The car wash was above average. Not quite as good as taking it to a $20.00 full service wash, but much better then the $10.00 drive thru blow dry wash you get at the gas stations.

I didn’t even have an appointment this morning with Norm Reeves Honda Service Center and I simply showed up when they opened. A warning light was on for a few days that I wanted to have checked. I was assisted by John Le a few minutes after I arrived. He had my vehicle checked immediately. He also recommended additional service that my vehicle needed. I was very happy that he took the time to inspect my vehicle for the overdue maintenance for my Honda Accord. It is a pleasure to work with a service advisor that is so diligent and thorough. John has my highest recommendation and I look forward to the day that he is promoted to Service Manager and his compensation matches his work ethic.
