Everything went well. Didn’t take long at all. The only complaint I have is when I originally called to have my car serviced I got someone that text me and said she would have a service person call me well no one called me ( twice) the last time I called I ended up with a person in California who was more professional and was able to get me an appointment. I was ready to give up and call another Honda store.

The end result was satisfactory. Edwin was fantastic. Unfortunately it took a few tries to reach the desired result. This is our second engine, as our first malfunctioned due to sludge. Our second engine had the engine light come on soon after we got it. We took it in and it was fixed but they but the gasket in incorrectly. It then began leaking oil everywhere including our driveway. We took it back again and it was adequately fixed. But, Edwin was awesome through the entire experience.
