One of the issues was not taken care of. I bought the car less than 30 days ago and had an open the shades. Last weekend we took a trip and we open the shades and one was ripped at the bottom. Being that I just purchased a van I thought that this would be taken care of but it wasn’t. Even though it’s cosmetics I was told that certified vehicles are covered 100% for one year. That should have been covered simply because it was already damaged and the other reason is it’s a certified vehicle. I know it’s cosmetics but I shouldn’t have to pay for it if it was already like that.
