I don't think there's enough room here to put everything how I feel about Mr Gonzalez. I'll wait for the survey to answer some more but he has went so far above and beyond to make sure that I was taking care of that I was not led to believe things were wrong that weren't like some places do and just because I'm a female doesn't mean I don't know my car I've drove school bus I've drove truck I was a driver trainer instructor behind the wheel and I know my vehicle inside and out I can peg my speed without a speedometer and I know when something's wrong with my car and when something is not wrong with my car I know when my tires are good and when they're not Raphael does not steer me wrong ever I'm leaving the state of California for other reasons and I'm going to miss him dearly when I do travel back to California for a visit with families I will be bringing my car to him to have my car serviced before I get back on the road to go back to the East Coast So in the meantime I just want to wish him well he deserves a raise and definitely nothing less than a pat on the back I cried when I left there the other day knowing that I'm not going to have him to lean on when I get to a new state I'm going to have to find somebody else I can trust through Ford and it's not an easy thing to do when you're by yourself and a female because too many of them take advantage of you unfortunately but thankfully Raphael was not one of those He took me under his wing made sure that I felt confident that everything was going to be okay and taking care of in a fair manner He saved money for me whenever he could he made calls for me that he didn't have to and I just appreciate him more than probably you guys will ever understand because I know with big companies a lot of the employees are just another body in their shop and Raphael is not like that He is an extremely special person in my book Please treat him like one thank you so much Melanee Lyn Collins-Metzler

Miguel Cabrera was very helpful. He was able to resolve the mirror issue on my Honda Pilot. He was also very professional.

Tim qouted $980 for services and turned out to be $100 buck less. Tim said I was in good hands and the tune up addressed some of the issues I was having for the car. Working with Tim was great!

Richard is a wonderful person to interact with. I appreciate his professionalism and demeanor. Great service. I had come in 10 minutes late for an oil change appointment. He was gracious and nonjudgmental. Always glad to bring my Honda to the dealership for work. Y’all have never been anything but the best service I’ve experienced.

For the service center, I like that you have a wide parking space. I also like the technology you use in doing your services, such as getting my inspection report by text, having pictures to explain stuff that needs to be done. For Omar, I just feel like he is trustworthy. He gave me the option of resurfacing vs changing my rotors. I’m actually trying to save money to buy a car so I appreciate that he gave me another option. I’ve been scammed in the past by other car shops outside Honda so Im careful about where to have my services done. If I smell something fishy I won’t come back. With the service I had at Vista Honda, I will come back for my next services. Thank you!

The trim on the roof was supposed to be fixed. Unfortunately it was not. I will need to bring my car in again....it wasn't Mitch's fault. He was very professional and on top of what the car needed to have done. Otherwise your service department is great
