Does not communicate well, respond to questions unclear or does not respond to question on appropriate time (2 hours later when the car is done). She does not answer my text. Does not apologize for unable to provide a service. She made an appointment for us prior to her clock in time and Trevor was amazing and explain thoroughly that Tha appointment is not what we are expecting (change timing belt) he explained to us that the car had a chain and showed us a diagram explaining the service that will happen. Julie did not explain any of that. When you talk to her she gives you a tone of being annoyed. It was unpleasant talking to her though she did provide the service we needed. But I will give Trevor good report x5 for the 10 minutes he helped us.

I had dropped my car off at 10:30 am and did not receive a call when it was done. I called at 5:05 pm and was told no one had brought my keys over so since it was Saturday I could pick up the car Monday. I was very upset as the person on the phone didn’t know whether my car was done or what I could do.
