Time is valuable- both on your end and for your customers. When you provide a time estimate for when a vehicle will be ready and don’t meet it, that needs to be communicated.
Also, your new digital service system & message system only works if the employee monitors it and uses it.
I sent a message asking for an update and never received a response.
Communication and updates would have gone a long way. Instead, I had a very poor experience yesterday.

you guys dont need to call me. It was not a good experience because when I ordered the shuttle to come back to my house to drive me back to honda to get my car, I waited outside for 40 mins and called multiple times and texted honda in hopes of getting someone to come. no one picked up the phones or replied to the texts. lyft app on my phone was not working. my phone was dying so I ended up asking my neighbor to give me a ride. when I arrived, it was not even busy. No one even replied to my text about me still waiting for the shuttle, even though the messages initially stated " please reply here if you have questions and your car is ready for pickup"

They did not reset my oil to 100%. They did not provide me with the norm reeves multi point vehicle inspection checklist.
I had to come back to norm reeves service department to pick it up in addition to resetting the oil to 100%.
