I was told I had warranty and was told till the very end I needed to pay $25 to replace my tire and it took way too long just to get a tire replaced. Also, my rims were slightly damaged from the same side my tire was being replaced from.

I called to make an appointment for 11:00am and arrived on time. I waited for almost an hour to be processed fully. I mentioned I would like tires rotated, wiper blades replaced, and when asked about recommendations I asked for cabin air filter replaced. I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up. I arrived and found out the filter had not been replaced, my wipers had not been changed, and my tires not rotated. I had to wait for the filter to be replaced. I bought the wipers from the parts department and replaced them myself. My advisor told me the recall did not apply to my vehicle. My service list said they did do the recall recommendation.
Trust is a big thing for me. I’m really not sure what did or did not happen during the process. I’m not even sure any service was done to my vehicle. My vehicle code was B1 and that’s what it required. I didn’t need anything else, yet all the recommendations were for other codes. Again, I don’t know what to trust and if indeed they were being provide.
I’m not sure if I need to worry about my vehicle. The distance between services is so long, I hope I can trust what’s happened. I’m feeling anxious now.
