I’d like to not have to convince the service person every time I come in that my service is covered by my service plan, it’s weird that they don’t just put that in when they check me in instead of waiting to present me with a massive bill at the end that I then have to argue down.
Also, the appointment making is being done by people that seem motivated to wildly underestimate the time of appointments, the visit before this I was told it would be about an hour, I ended up being completed 4.5 hours later, this time was told (oh definitely quicker than the last Maintenence) and I spent two whole days calling to check on my car and getting no answer before finally calling sales department and asking them to go see why service wasn’t answering their phones. Thanks.
