Came for a battery replacement then told me that I need to replace the starter motor also we went ahead and continued with the starter motor replacement and left my car overnight . When the replacement was completed I noticed that the airbag sensor was on and brought back the car immediately then I was told by the employee that took my car that the technician was busy and unable to see the problem. I was then advised to comeback at a later time to reset the airbag sensor and that the car was safe to drive “the sensors will regulate itself or they will reset the sensor.” Came back at a later date and was told to replace Right front Impact sensor for $656.66 after a diagnosis. Ask for a manager and was told to wait until manager break is over then manager refused to see me and was sent to costumer service manager and was told that the **** is on me even though the damage was caused under the dealership possession. I just want the cost of the sensor repair/replacement fall under the dealership since it was caused under the dealership’s possession.
