All service providers have been very nice and professional. I’m (and doubtlessly they) are sick of my continuing OTA update issues. I hope that the new TCU will resolve everything. I’ve bought 7 cars over 22 years at Norm Reeves because of the reasons above plus when I buy a Honda I trust it to just work with no issues.

Mr. Fogt,
I brought my 2021 Toyota RAV4 in two days ago, 12/10, to check the charging system. Rosalina was my contact. My car was not charging “rapidly” (3 hours) like has and now would only charge at 8 amps (12 hours). Yesterday I received a text stating the car had been looked at, had no issues but it was not recommended to charge frequently “rapidly”. I asked (by text) if I could pick up my car. No answer. Left a voicemail, no answer.
Today 12/11, at 2:50 pm I received this note. I’m sure you can see the “inspection report” in your records.
“PLEASE REVIEW: Your MPI safety inspection report is ready! There are items that may require your review and approval to complete the repair process.
My comments:
My car has 25,000 miles. When checked online I see I should expect 30-60,000 miles on the tires that came with the car. (I have to check my records but these might not even be all original.)
Further, I see tires should be replaced when tread is 2/32nds. The report I was given show FL5, FR4, RL4, RR3.
So I am wondering why anyone would recommend replacing all four tires for $1,200? And then alignment and an air freshener which I did not request?
Please explain.
