I had to wait in a line of cars until 9:45 even though I had a 9:30 appointment. Then it took 2.5 hours for service to be completed.

Q is an Attentive and excellent service adviser. As far as the technician workmanship, service not great. The trac off and check engine light came on and the car has a rattling noise sometimes when it turns on but more so when accelerating within the city limits and on the fwy.

I don’t need a detail service but would appreciate a simple wash when I go to have my vehicle serviced. The finance person told me when we purchased our second RAV Prime in 2 years that you provided this. However it was not to be so I called several other Toyota dealers in the vicinity and was told that they do, Lemon Grove and El Cajon.
Angelo was polite and the service took an hour with an appointment and you weren’t busy unlike the last few times I was there.

I brought in my Sonata to replace a flat tire. Took almost two and a half hours and after driving off, I noticed they inflated the new tire to 40 psi and did not top off the other three tires which had about 30 psi each!

I had an appt for 8:45. Has to wait until 9:15 until anyone even checked me in. Service lasted until 11:30 Ben though I was told not more than 2 hours— which was already ridiculous for an oil change. I’ll be going to another dealer.
