Nice work! Fully resolved all of the “Assist Codes” that appeared post battery charging performed according to the Honda owners manual. ???????? The engine bay cleaning was exceptional. Alex seemed annoyed with my basic questions. Didn’t not want to explain what the point inspection included. Just pointed at paper and repeated it. I left with tires being checked and nothing rose.

I had to bring brand new 2025 Pilot in 2/9 and 2/11. The second time in resulted in my car having to be left. The issue was the SRS system saying there was a problem. I brought it in on 2/9 and they checked everything and couldn’t find the issue. The next day it was on again. I couldn’t bring it in until the next day. The dealership paid for a rental car and said they needed it for 3-5 days. On 2/12 I was told the part was in so I said I could come and get it. I was told to wait until the next day. When I spoke with Mike he said they wanted to keep testing it by driving it. I told him that doesn’t make sense as there was never an issue while driving, that it was only when I started it in the morning. I come to pick it up and find out they put 105 miles on my car. I was then told they filled the tank to what it was when I dropped it off. Basically I was being told they don’t usually put gas in. I had to drive back and forth two times for my BRAND NEW vehicle. I’m shocked that they couldn’t think of anything like fill the the tank. Extremely disappointed and this is my fifth Honda. I’ll stick with Honda but will need to find another dealership.

Hello, After receiving the recent maintenance service for my vehicle at your center, I received the multi point inspection report that was emailed to me. While checking the report, I noticed conflicting information regarding the brake inspection. In the first email I received, the brake inspection was marked as “ Not performed.” However, after I contacted you with a question, the second email you sent showed the same item marked as “performed.” To clarify the accurate service report, I would like to request the following documents: 1) The original Repair Order for this service visit - I would like to verify items that the technician actually checked and recorded. 2) The brake pad thickness measurements (in mm)- If the inspection was performed, the pad thickness values should be documented. 3) The original multi point inspection sheet - I am requesting the internal version completed by the technician, not the costumer-facing email summary. I would like to confirm exactly what was performed during the service. Please review and respond a your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I’m always pleased with your service on my Honda pilot. From the person who checked me in, to Trinity who is very knowledgeable and helpful plus the coffee at the customer lounge. Although dealership car services are a bit pricey I don’t mind paying because I believe that your mechanics always do a good job and put parts that are of good quality.
