I was worried about the low tire pressure notification that came back the day after I replaced a flat tire I’d gotten on the freeway in another town. I called Norm’s who assured me someone would be there to look at my car by 5 PM. My tires & warning light were inspected, the car given back to me at no charge. I always trust Norm Reeves Huntington Beach with my Honda, and have for the years since I moved here.

I had to bring brand new 2025 Pilot in 2/9 and 2/11. The second time in resulted in my car having to be left. The issue was the SRS system saying there was a problem. I brought it in on 2/9 and they checked everything and couldn’t find the issue. The next day it was on again. I couldn’t bring it in until the next day. The dealership paid for a rental car and said they needed it for 3-5 days. On 2/12 I was told the part was in so I said I could come and get it. I was told to wait until the next day. When I spoke with Mike he said they wanted to keep testing it by driving it. I told him that doesn’t make sense as there was never an issue while driving, that it was only when I started it in the morning. I come to pick it up and find out they put 105 miles on my car. I was then told they filled the tank to what it was when I dropped it off. Basically I was being told they don’t usually put gas in. I had to drive back and forth two times for my BRAND NEW vehicle. I’m shocked that they couldn’t think of anything like fill the the tank. Extremely disappointed and this is my fifth Honda. I’ll stick with Honda but will need to find another dealership.
