I came in for an oil change and he told me I needed $1000 worth of work done, and when I said no he told me that it would be documented that I didn’t do it which may void my warranty. Made me never want to come back to your dealership ever again. You do not need to contact me for more information.

david was definitely very soft spoken and kind and patient. He really worked to ensure my questions were all answered, even though he was not in control to fix the sensor issue. After picking my car up from an oil change, my car was leaking oil and did not notice it until the following day. Took it back to get it fixed. I was told that the sealer was worn out so it was changed. I asked Marlen Madrigal for a copy of the service report. She said she would email it to me. She emailed pictures of a report that belonged to someone else. I emailed her back stating that she emailed me wrong report. I asked her if she could please email my report in a PDF (not pictures). I have emailed her twice and I have yet to receive anything from her. I have been taking my car there for years and have never had any issues with anyone until now.
