I took my car for a recall. When I got my car back my car had a strong sent of gasoline to the point it was giving me a headache. My kids also complained of the strong smell. I called the service department to see if it was normal. They had me take my car back in for inspection. As of right now the smell is gone but I still need to put gasoline to see if the issue was resolved. This time around the plastic from the back seat next to the door is sticking out and I'm afraid my kids can get hurt when they are getting in the car. Not sure what to do next. Not happy at all.

I really appreciate the fact that Trinity was the only person who helped me out in fixing my windshield wipers it's a dangerous situation to drive without them in the rain which I have many times almost loosing my life because that's how I bought my Honda Civic Sport, I didn't know that my wipers were broken until it rained and when I brought it to the dealership attention the person that was assigned to me didn't help me after I pleaded with him and even the manager at that time said no because that the screw that was in the windshield wiper was not of Honda Dealership, even knowing that I have a warranty on my car where Honda has to service me until 2029 or until it's 60,000. Trinity was the only person that helped me out and is ordering the part to fix my windshield wipers I'm super satisfied with her service which made me think the last time I visited the Dealership and they didn't want to help me, the whole time they rejected my plead to please fix the problem to my car they could have but didn't they let me risk my life and let me drive with out windshield wipers. But Trinity didn't do that to me I'm so greatful and very thankful to have her attend to me it was a blessing from God!
