Richard was extremely helpful and professional. It took three tries for Toyota to find a battery that would fit my RAV4 and I waited with my baby for 4.5 hours while it was being serviced, only to leave that evening without my car. The next day Richard called and said that a battery had been found and that I would no longer need to pay the service fee because of all the complications. I really appreciate the quality of service I received and I will be returning to Toyota for future vehicles.
