I don’t believe any service department in whole is usually great. In general, most service dept is crap. Most service people don’t care. But Kevin was awesome, on a whole new level as far as great service. If I were the owner I’d make him the service mgr and get rest of the serve advisors to be like him.

Because of past dealership experiences I’ve had in the past at other places, I have often been distrusting of dealerships for regular car maintenance. But I have to say that every time I’ve taken my car to Norm Reeves has helped to change my opinion, and my experience with Karina was probably the best so far. I will probably ask for her in the future, because I will remember her.
