Moe was great to work with and gets an A+ for customer service and satisfaction. The only complaint I have is when I got my car back, it had greasy smudges all over the interior and on the windshield.

I never approved the oil change. We were under the impression that oil changes were free for the first two years. My son brought the car in to get the recall done and was told that if he had to pay for it, I would have to approve it first, and I never got a text message About what you did or any of the details which we normally do super disappointed. Not acceptable.
