It was communicated it would be an hour and ended up being close to two by 7 mins off. And was unable to locate associate who assisted me the whole time I was waiting until almost 2 hrs later where I noticed my car was parked in the front and went to go locate the associate myself.

Candice assistance me with my appointment this morning. She scheduled my uber ride, sent me a text to let me know my car was ready and greeted me by name with a pleasant smile when I arrived to pick up my car.
The only thing I was unsatisfied with was I had to call to see if the part had come in. My initial appointment was on February 1st, I was told the part would arrive within 3 business days. It was nearly two weeks after my appointment that I took the initiative to check the status of the part.

I was unsatisfied with my recent serviced, due to the fact I waited 4.5 hours for an oil change and a recall. When associate gave me an estimated time and said it could be done early potentially but I would be called or texted when my services were completed. However I was never updated that there was a second recall and I was never notified my services were complete I had to find a different associate to ask because my original associate was not there. I was displease with the lack of communication I received for my appointment.

I really don’t appreciate being a female that they’re always trying to upsell or get me to purchase something that is not necessary. I was told that my brakes were bad, which is untrue because I had just got them done two weeks prior that my brake fluid needed to be done, which is untrue because I had it already serviced and I think it is very unprofessional for somebody not to be truthful of what is happening with my vehicle and just trying to get money from me. I’ve been to this location multiple times and had multiple problems and the customer service needs to be rectified.
