The service advisor said that my car could be washed and it was not. That was the disappointment. Everything else was fine. If it could not be done I would have understood but to be told it would be and then not have it done was disappointing.

Ram Diego set the standard for courtesy. He was insightful and helped me prioritize all of the different repairs that need to be done to my vehicle. He helped research a coupon that I could use because the cost of the service I needed was pretty pricey.
Another thing I liked was that I had set a separate appointment for a recall on my vehicle, but he was able to consolidate two separate appointments into one. I’m starting a new job soon so taking off work days to fix my car isn’t ideal. Only having to go to one appointment instead of two really helped me out.
