Edwin was professional but I had to call and text a couple of times to get an explanation of what happened to the car. I didn't get any updates even though the car was there Monday and Tuesday, returned Wednesday. Edwin told me the alarm was rewired but the driver that dropped the car off showed me paperwork that said the alarm was removed. It concerns me that information about what happened to our car is inconsistent. I haven't checked yet if the alarm is still in the car. It's the 2nd time the car had to be brought in within a month and a half. I just wish people would understand this frustration. No rental car was available to be driven over to us, so we had no car from Saturday to half of Wednesday. Overall, I'm so disappointed with the Genesis experience
We thought we were leasing from a higher end brand but we are getting substandard everything
