My oil change was too expensive. I was charged $124.95 and my neighborhood mechanic would just charge $75.95. I don’t need synthetic oil for my 2015 Honda Accord.

Need more caution before submitting cost totals. I was charged for a wheel alignment when it was not performed and I would have missed it if I didn’t read the report and ask the workers. However, staff were super nice and resolved the issue quickly. It would just be nice if these issues didn’t occur.
