Nancy was great & kept me informed. Service was on my recalls were a lot quicker than expected! Only downside is your shuttle only goes 10 miles so I had to stay & wait. I live in Monterey Park so I was over by 1 mile. Would be great if your shuttle went a little farther than 10 miles
