Your service team once again provided excellent service. With the delays in parts that occurred this time around in my service visit, I appreciated the loaner car and valet service dropping my car back off to me and retrieving the loaner while I was at work. This is a very helpful service. Kyle was great throughout keeping me updated on the car status.
