I brought my car in for an oil change with filter change, a tire rotation and software update. NONE of this was done. NONE of it! I was told that the software update oils couldn’t be done unless I got a new computer for the car. A tire rotation wasn’t needed and they told me the oil change was done. I was charged but my car didn’t run like it. I took my car to my mechanic today to check, oil level was low and the filter was 90% clogged. If an oil change was done a month ago how is this possible? I was robbed of $67 dollars. Never coming back EVER

The local dealership was fine. When my repair issue was sent to Honda Corporate, they offered no help for an estimated $6000 radio replacement, even though other model years have this issue under warranty/recall. Disappointing.

i was impressed that Ernesto checked my CRV 2020 for a 30,000 mile check up and only recommended services that were necessary and advised me to wait on others such as oil change! My vehicle still has 30% oil health so that cost could be deferred!

I was appreciative of Miguel assisting me, but when I received my car to pick up there was a lot of debris left on my passenger car seat as well as my cologne being tossed on the floor. I didn't appreciate that.
