I wanted to get my vehicle looked at for other issues is having but the person that help me with car said he couldn’t do anything now. I had to make another appointment to get my car issues looked at,when I called to make my appointment, I was told to let them know what the problem was. Not happy with the customer service, will not be back to service my car,will go elsewhere. Thanks

parts for recall took 2 months to arrive
i had to call to inquire about the arrival if they are avaiable.
the service for the defroster cable was not completed. i had to pay again this time around . i was told warranty was expired. last repair was March 2022.
the defoster cable was attached by service rep March 28 when i drove up at 7:10am.
