All the information about my car was good but when I come back to pick up my car Jessy only gave me the keys of my car and I had to go to the parking lot to find it, he didn’t told me anything else, once I found it they don’t event remove the seat plastic and paper floor mat, this is the first time that they do this to me, they usually have the car ready to go, everything else was ok

The car wasn’t parked at front as I was told, I look for my car for about 10min, no where to be found, there IS SO MANY youngest boys at the receiving area talking and getting on big groups that it takes the main focus of their job or performances, until the server when to ask for my car they didn’t know where was it, I had to point at my car location otherwise they were lost or didn’t know about it. Having to many young people at front creates confusion and not guidance or leadership by management at the service area. Too many people on the group and with their cell phone takes away their focus on the job. Phones should not be allowed at work place, specially in heavy and busy hours.
