Our invoice was lost and had us waiting an extra 20+ minutes after an hour oil change that we had an appointment for. They would have had us waiting for I don’t know how long if I didn’t tell them about the car being done and to look for the keys. When finally getting our car there were multiple marks left on the seats and by the visor. Usually an oil change is smooth and that’s why we don’t mind paying extra for a dealer to do things but this did not seem like a good day for Toyota. Disappointed.

The recall for the door handles is over 2 years and not yet fixed; brought the car to the dealership 3-4 times for that same issue and still on going, which I can live with but been having bluetooth connectivity issues and No one at the dealership could help fix it and was told to call the customer service support for VW, and they cannot help me either. Purchased this brand new 2023 and cannot connect to a simple bluetooth. It’s disappointing to pay for a luxury car that doesn’t have the simplest features as a non luxury cars.

The guy that took care of me told me I was getting a free inspection and it never got done. I got the text that my car was done and I never approved it completely because I wanted to do it after the inspection. But yes I knew the two things needed to get done but I don’t appreciate him telling me after 90 mins that they hadn’t done the inspection yet and then a hr later the car was done. He had left already when I got the text and Ramiro ended up helping me. He sent the car back and guess what it had two more things that needed to be done. I was really upset because I could have decided for it to get done today and I didn’t have that option. So no I have to go back and spent hours there to take care of this when it could have been done today. I got their right after 2p and my appt was at 4 they said they would take it in early and take care of it of it. Once he told me the total that’s when he said he’ll get an inspection for me and then we would talk about it and go from there. At 3:38 is the last time I asked him about the inspection. After that I just said “anything hey” after 4p and he said not yet. So idk if he forgot about the inspection (is what I was talking about) and I waited and waited when then I got the text that I can pick up my car??? I’m like wtf? And he wasn’t around anymore. I need to see my messages cause I remember I was texting my son when I checked with him, maybe it wasn’t after 4 or just closer to 4 but I know before he left I kept going back to him. Call me if you need to, no happy with this. ****-****-xxxx
