Went to Toyota for service. The employee offered a full inspection to find all issues, so I listed the problems that actually concern me. They completely ignored that, just changed the oil, pointed a flashlight at the car, and tried to sell me new tires. I was told the inspection would take 2 to 3 hours, but the car was ready in just 40 minutes. This shows they don’t care about what the customer really needs — they just stick to their usual script and focus on making sales.

So far this is my 3rd year doing my basic maintenance for my 2022 Honda HRV that I bought brand new at Metro Honda.
It would show in your records who was my first service tech that made the difference and so I returned. The next one was Ram and now it’s Valerie.
One main reason I return is the tech videos the whole car to keep record of the condition brought at the time of service. I am very picky when it comes to my car ever since I owned one. I clean it myself and make sure I do not get scratches as I park away from cars when I can. The video makes me feel safe and expect all technicians to take care of the cars properly aside from doing their correct job be it a basic oil change, installation of basic parts for maintenance like filters. I expect to have my car returned to me in the good and clean condition I left it in their hands. So far so good. Andrew was very helpful as well that even if he is not my service tech he answered my inquiries politely and so willing to help.
If Andrew is still around, I may ask for him in my next service.
