Trevor was exceptionally helpful. If I could give the man 20 stars I would, because he made the service process super easy (granted I only came for a Warranty Extension). I don’t come to get my car serviced often because I take good care of my vehicle, but Trevor pointed out something I would have missed. He noted the 75k mile inspection and 100k mile inspection dates for me and he was just overall an easygoing individual. He didn’t make fun of my busted Key Fob like most car guys do and he was attentive to details. I hope every customer serv. experience I have going forward is reminiscent of this one, though I know this may not be the case.
