I had a major issue with my car and didn’t know what to do. I went to the Honda dealership and was lucky to be helped by Nancy. She was incredibly understanding and patient—she even waited a whole week until I was able to come up with the money to get the repair done. Throughout the entire process, she was supportive and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Thanks to her, my car is now fixed and running great. Rudy was fantastic. Probably the most personable service advisor I’ve ever had. He’s funny, yet professional. He made the process easy and makes me eager to come back for future services.
