I went to Toyota Chula Vista before for my 5k visit and it took them 13 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me and they were 15 minutes late for my appointment. Advisors were playing around int he office and not helping people like they should have. I'll be coming to Norm Reeves in the future for my service and Toyota needs. The brakes were squeaky a lot, but they’re claiming it didn’t squeak at all and they didn’t fix the issue which I know they don’t care. The dealer does not care because I not purchase a car there very unsatisfied bringing the car back there again to get it fixed.

Last month, I took my car to replace the water pump as well as other items. After my visit, I noticed I a multi-point inspection was done but some items were not completed even though the inspection said they were. Some items not topped off were the wiper fluid and the coolant (both had been said to have been topped off and checked). I immediately called the service Ramiro Montes to see if I could bring the car in to get that work actually completed. After 3 attempts, I gave up and decided to just go to a different service rep. After speaking with Trevor Rodriguez, I noticed the change in service. He was honest, apologetic (even though he didn’t have to be) and was very kind. I had the work on my car completed and it was done in a timely manner. I will only be returning to this location because of Trevor. He has convinced me to stay at this Honda location.
