This is not a comment for the sales person. Although I don’t like receiving solicitation, text messages about my vehicles trade-in value when I’m bringing my card for service. Also, when I called in to the office, I was not able to get anybody on the line. I had to keep calling until someone finally answered so I can get a shuttle van to pick me up.

After 2 weeks of poor communication with the sales team about obtaining a 2nd key fob, the sales Mgr finally had me schedule an appointment to get one programmed. I did not expect to wait 2+ hours in the lounge for them to take care of it.

The only feedback I have is that I had to call 5 times within an hour to try to reach someone to let them know my car was going to be towed in. I got hung up on 3 times by a computer and once I was transferred and got hung up on again. Only when I finally reached someone under the service appt line did someone answered me.
