Left my car on Friday for two recall software updates with the expectation of picking it up the same day. On Saturday, expected my car to be repaired. Late Monday, I was able to pick up my car. Rigo said he would provide updates, he never did. I left messages for him to call me back, he never did. When making an appointment for these recalls, I was told no loaner would be provided due to the recalls were a Corporate issues and the dealership would not take the expense. No complementary car wash was done. I felt like I was in the middle of a dealership and corporate feud over the recalls.

My car was ready by 5:35 pm and I had to go up at 6:20 pm to ask for my car. The number on the paperwork was wrong and not the one I use. I made my appt online and provided my number then which wasn’t used on the paperwork. The service advisor asked me who was my service advisor and I said I didn’t know, I didn’t get a name and then he said oh it was me.
