I already contacted the dealership was told that service manager michael vasquez would contact me by the end of the day but thus far i have not been contacted. Since the service manager has not contacted me as promised, i will be filing a complaint with the bureau of automotive repair

It’s a lousy job like always. I don’t expect nothing more. They only changed the oil , hopefully they did, nothing else, other places do inspection and check other things, but not at your location
Also first person I spoke to not friendly, like usual. And of course they take 3 hours. I scheduled an appointment a week before but that doesn’t mean anything, it takes 2 hours for them just start working on the car.

The whole experience was a joke. From the moment I got to dealership at 9:20 am for my appointment at 9:30 am. Very rude , no communication, I usually gets text messages for update on my car , I did not get none of those , finally around 12:20 pm , I went to check with him that how long more I need to wait, he did not acknowledge me at all. They have not even started on my car , so since 9:20 am to 12:20 pm , 3 hours , they had not even started on my car, no apology from him at all. I found the supervisor and
He said they can have their mechanics work on it and it will be ready by 1:15 pm. Well I had a doctor appointment at 1 :00 pm , so I got my car back and left after wasting 3 hours in dealership. Horrible customer service from Richard.
