I recently purchased a 2025 Honda Ridgeline at Norm Reeves Honda in West Covina even though I live 1/2 mile from Rock Honda in Fontana. I was impressed with sale representative Jason who was awesome in correcting some cosmetic scratches on the truck’s sash lining on driver’s side window. I went today and was greeted by service department employee Adrian who was great in keeping me updated on the extra assessories I purchased to add to my Ridgeline. When I arrived home and did a more thorough inspection I noticed a cracked item on one of the assessories. I immediately called Adrian and sent him pictures which he later responded it will be corrected on my next visit. Great service and customer service!

I came in for a recall appointment. It took about an hour and a half which was expected. I then recieved a text about maintenance that needed to be addressed (changing the cabin air filter). I clicked approve so that the maintenance could be completed, but after submitting the approval via my phone, I was immediately taken to the desk to sign papers and get my keys back. Only the recall was taken care of, but I was assured that the cabin air filter change could wait until the next visit with my oil change. I left and later took a closer look at the copy of the inspection I received- it had a note under the cabin air filter change saying “rodent nest” which was not mentioned to me whatsoever. I immediately went to an auto parts store to purchase a cabin air filter to change myself. When changing it myself, I was appalled. The cabin air filter had rodent feces and giant gaping holes where the rodent had eaten away at the cabin air filter. I don’t know why I was not called during my appointment earlier so it could be changed then and there. This is a health hazard and I am glad I read the paperwork closer and changed it myself, or else I could have gotten sick. This is unacceptable. Not to mention when I arrived, I watched an employee put a car in neutral instead of park, leading it to hit another vehicle right in front of me.. it didn’t seem like they cared or documented the incident either. I’m very unsatisfied and do not trust my car to be taken care of at this Honda location anymore.
