I was having difficulties with my service representative Mayhieu. I had spoken with him on the phone to request warranty extension documents related to my vehicle. He sent me the wrong document. Instead of replying to me, he left notes with the honda team that he had already sent the documents to me preventing other people from helping me when I called. And when I was finally able to get a hold of him, instead of being apologetic, he condescendingly said that those documents could easily be found on the internet which technically isnt even true. You would have to know the right search words or document numbers or know whats exactly in those documents as the documents found on the internet are in a completely different format.
I also get the sense that he is talking negatively about me behind my back trying to paint me as a difficult customer. I only ask a reasonably request. And if he didnt have the documents, he could have just said so. This is confirmed by my visit today where I was passed off to another service member who then questioned why there was an "alert" on my profile and was passed back to him.
I think Norm Reeves Honda service department is fantastic. You can tell in the details. And this probably a one off but i thought it was important to share. I was a little worry coming in today if there would be more of the same or worst.

Savannah provided exceptional customer service! I came in for a smog check and Savannah informed me while writing up my car that there were some important safety recalls for my vehicle that needed to be addressed. I gave her the green light to have the repairs done without hesitation. She gave me an estimated time of how long it would take for my vehicle to have the repairs done. She kept me updated throughout the day as promised and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner!
