When I arrived I showed the advisor a coupon for 15% discount and he said that he will applied at the end. When I picked up the car he wasn’t there and the coupon wasn’t applied. They charged me the full amount. I called and asked about it they said they will refund me. I’m waiting.
1st I didn’t need to call if he had applied it
2nd now I need to follow up to make sure I get the refund
