Karina went above and beyond for me during drop off for tire replacement as well as during the checkout process. Karina was honest about a warranty that I had which saved me hundreds. She went out of her way to file a claim and once it was approved re-worked the numbers. Now I feel confident on staff recommendations for future service appointments. I would highly recommend anyone meet with Karina as she is knowledgeable, trustworthy and welcoming.

I first came there back in 2024 of Jovember to get a door clip replacement as my door was damaged upon delivery. The item was back ordered so it was placed then and to be replaced when shipment arrived. I was called last week from parts that the item arrived. Called setup an appt for today and was told it would be done ASAP as it was the only thing needed. 4hrs later was told that needed another clip to be ordered. I was upset to be wasting my time to be told that there lead technician failed to identify another missing part. I left very upset and definitely not satisfied with the service team. After the owner change this dealership service has dropped tremendously. Don’t think I will be advising family to get there car serviced here. A five star dealer down to a 1 star.
