My experience today with John EXCEEDED my expectations. My appointments, made months ago, were missing but John expertly took charge and assured me, that I could still have the work done. The work was done sooner than promised. I am a happy Honda owner!!!

I felt as though I was being sold services I did not need. My car was returned with grease on the inside left door panel and the hood of the vehicle…service techs should be taught to be aware of their cleanliness before entering a vehicle and the service manager should double check the work and ensure the vehicle is returned in the same condition
