I have yet to receive a call back from Ruben Marquez and Yesenia. I’ve been calling for 2 weeks. Asking for clarification on a timing belt they false state I declined at the time of service. When I am having my car serviced, I would prefer to not get a text message from a sales person (this was not Benito) saying my car is "in high demand" and asking if I want to sell it. This has happened both times I have had my car serviced at Norm Reeves.
