I came in a couple weeks ago for an oil change and was told I needed tires, which I had expected, and a couple other minor issues. Jesus was my service tech and took the time to explain the type of tires that were being recommended and even compared them to what Costco offers. I had planned on going to Costco, but ended up scheduling for my new tires with NRS, because of how Jesus explained everything to me and I felt absolutely no pressure with him. He was very attentive to my needs and top notch in his customer service skills. I can’t say enough nice things about him. I also appreciate the loner vehicle and latte machine :)
PS I will be scheduling for the other recommended services in the near future.

My service advisor did not seem to care that I was frustrated by the fact that someone had missed the fact that I had very little front brakes, had to come back, then got new tires and now a light is coming in. He acted like I was making it up, told me not to ignore it but also told me there’s nothing he could do about it because there was no history of it happening in my car. He was extremely dismissive and patronizing.

The team at Norm Reeves is great! Gerardo was my advisor the first time I came in and this time as well. He is thorough and listens to his customers concerns. I came in for an issue with my battery that continued after replacing my battery. He ran a diagnostic on my car and found nothing but he did find that the KARR alarm system was draining my battery so he had it replaced. Thank you Gerardo!

Service manager Christina at Cerritos Honda was great in solving a problem that was created by one of her mechanics. I went for an oil change on 4/10 to the Cerritos service center and on 4/22 I was driving on the freeway when I heard a pop underneath my car ion after a load noice underneath my car as well. I got off the freeway to check and there was a pice of metal was hanging down from my car. I call a tow truck to pickup the car to take it to close by mechanic since I could drive the car but the metal was scraping against the street pavement I I’d not wan to create a spark underneath my car if u continue driving it. At the mechanic they told me that two spark plugs where missing from the metal cover had pop making the metal plate hang from my car. They further said when an oil change is done they take the plate off to do the oil change. They tied the metal plate with a zip tide so I can drive the car and I headed to Cerritos service center I talk to Christina a showed her the picture of the are of my car I taken at the mechanic. I told her I had an oil change here in 4/10 and now I’m having this problem the plate underneath feel off due to the bolts came off because they were not fastened tight enough . She had the car inspected and showed me where the bolts need to be installed. She told me she would request th bolts and have them install when ca I come back I told her the next day. I came back on 4/ 24 I asked to see the finish job so I can see the bolts place and see if they were tighten. I what experience that happen to me in the free way left me emotional traumatized. She assured me they were put in right. Christina did right by me making me hold fixing the problem it’s out charge. Great customer service.

My tires have warranty and Hondas mechanics ruined my tires with not ensuring my alignment was done correctly and I expected your service department to make things right and fair. What’s worse is that I was told they would follow up with me and have not heard any update when I did not agree to pay $393.00 for two tires when the tires have warranty. Note, I went in for 1-tire that required to be patched up. What is upsetting is that Andrew the service representative at first stated the tires was covered 100% and now I had to leave the property at Norm Reeves and no one has given me the service I deserve. I am considering escalating the service concerns to the manager and/or Honda.
