We had “problems” with the alarm system in our new CRV could not get it in reverse and had to have towed from Oceanside to your Vista service center. Jesse called us as soon as the car was dropped off in the service center. Jessee immediately called me and let me know that he was going to have his technicianlook at our car immediately. He called us a short time later and told us that the alarm system checked out and told us that we may have accidently triggered the car’s alarm and told us how we could avoid it later.

I was phoned and told the car was ready for pick up. I didn’t see the text saying cabin air filter starting to get dirty and changing it soon was recommended. I would have liked to be told that was option today rather than have to make a new appt before the car is due for its next service. The recommendation was buried in a pdf and not a normal text form of communicating (to me). Thanks PS How am I supposed to know when “soon” is???
