I had oil leaking on my garage floor after the oil change. The vehicle has on 36k miles and has never had an oil leak before.
I called Norm Reeves Irvine Service dept to get this issue resolved. The Service representative, Renee, couldn't get a me an appointment the same day, and she couldn't connect me to a Service advisor or manager.
I am very frustrated by the inability to correct a very basic mess up.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a service advisor named Mary. She was police, professional and helpful. She documented precisely what the issue was pertaining to my vehicle. She listened to my concerns, and gave me positive feedback.
My vehicle was serviced as promised, and the work was completed in a timely manner. The loaner vehicle was great as well!

Every dealership includes a courtesy wash with every service toyota gmc and all the other honda dealerships except for norm reeves myself family members and neighbors are rethinkink of taking our vehicke to whete they do offer courtesy wash
