Workers I came across has a friendly smile and are courteous. Trinity the service rep is nice, polite and professional. I will give her an A score because everything went well and she’s always on top in anything you ask. This is my second time and if possible I would like her my service advisor.

Sal Lua took care of me this round just as he did the last time I needed my Honda to be serviced. I am greatly pleased with how Sal looked out for my best interests. It was too bad he had the day off during the vehicle pick-up because it is precisely good company I am looking for during a business exchange.I could use a discount or some kind of kick back after returning but it was what was. There is a still time for some kind of $$$kick back because you have my trust I will return so we'll see what happens. But ummm...ya all should give Sal a raise or a bonus because its his personality that spins the the wheels for Hondas advertising sector. Im sure as the management team is that Sal is capable of bringing in business from a marketing perspective. Anyhow,Summer is a coming!!!!
