Eliminate the horrible automated phone system. Whatever you have to pay an actual receptionist would be worth it. Get a couple really good ones, pay them $30/hrs and it'll pay for itself with fewer lost customers. I won't be able to come back until you fix this.

Horrible service. I went in for an oil change and when I went to pick up my car my car wouldn't start. I questioned the service department regarding my car not turning on. I asked them to look at my car as it was turning off. They were hesitant to look at my car as they were closing. They never informed me that one of the tunes got ripped.

I came for a routine oil change. As Candice took video of my car, she discovered a nail in one of my tires. She said it was lodged in at an angle (diagonal) and that I’d need a new tire. I requested that a car mechanic look at it. She came back and said that the mechanic said that my tire was unable to be patched and that I’d need a new tire ($360). I declined repair. I called different tire places & went to Allen tire. The mechanic there pulled out the nail and said it went in horizontally at a surface level. He tested it, and it wasn’t leaking any air. No patch, no new tire needed. I’m happy that I didn’t have to pay $300+ on a tire. Moving forward, will pay out of pocket for a mechanic trust. I’m very disappointed that I won’t be able to utilize the Hyundai service that I paid for.
