A couple things:
- The radio station had been changed and was on loud when I got in the car
- The seat position had really been changed, not just further or closer, but much lower and leaned back. I get it if the drivers are shorter or taller, but there’s no need to put the seat into a cruiser position.
- I was sent the link for the multi-point inspection after I had picked up the car, but the video was long and choppy - I’d prefer a summary.
- the invoice indicated that for the alignment I was provided a printout, I wasn’t. I looked up the recommendation for alignment and it’s recommended that I get it checked every 10-15,000 miles and I would think that after the ‘check’ that I would determine whether to spend the $$ on getting the alignment. I feel like my spouse was misled and we spent more money than we needed to.
